Comprehensive oncology NGS portfolio

Five next-generation sequencing tests for hereditary cancer risk, somatic tumor profiling and ctDNA analysis, delivered as interpreted reports. No in-house bioinformatics required.

The portfolio

Five tests across the cancer care pathway

Hereditary risk, somatic tumor profiling and plasma ctDNA answer different questions in cancer care.

Clinical use

Where each test fits

OncoRisk

  • Early-onset cancer or a striking family history
  • Testing first-degree relatives once a variant is found
  • Risk-reducing surgery and enhanced surveillance decisions
  • PARP inhibitor eligibility via BRCA1/2, PALB2 and HRR genes
  • Lynch syndrome workup: MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2, EPCAM

CancerScreen 50

  • Molecular profiling of solid tumors
  • Treatment-related genes: EGFR, KRAS, NRAS, BRAF, ERBB2, PIK3CA, MET, KIT, IDH1/2, ESR1
  • Interpretation in the context of tumor type
  • Clinical trial options when no approved drug matches

ctDNA panels

  • Targeted plasma analysis for colorectal, breast and lung cancer
  • Built around the drivers and resistance mechanisms that change management
  • Low input: plasma with more than 20 ng of cfDNA
  • Low-frequency detection at 0.5% variant allele frequency in reference studies

Reference studies: Coriell samples for OncoRisk; Seraseq® ctDNA Reference Material v2 at 0.5% and 1.0% VAF for the ctDNA panels. Every ctDNA panel reached 100% sensitivity at 1.0% VAF. Performance depends on the specimen, workflow and variant.

Genes by panel

Every gene on each panel. The ctDNA panels share core genes including TP53, PIK3CA, KRAS, EGFR, ERBB2 and PTEN.

Bringing it to your hospital

A four-step pilot

  1. Step 1

    Select panels

Based on clinical demand, specimen access and service scope.

  2. Step 2

    Review sample reports

Complete de-identified reports for your oncology and pathology teams.

  3. Step 3

    Confirm logistics

Tubes, kits, courier schedule, requisitions and result delivery.

  4. Step 4

    Pilot

A time-boxed pilot on an agreed case mix, with a joint review of turnaround and report utility.

Questions

Frequently asked

How do we start offering the oncology panels?

Choose your starting panels, review sample reports with your oncology and pathology teams, confirm logistics, then run a pilot with a defined patient cohort. Contact us to begin.

What specimens does each panel need?

OncoRisk uses whole blood. CancerScreen 50 uses fresh-frozen or FFPE tumor tissue. The ctDNA panels use plasma from a whole blood draw.

Do we need in-house bioinformatics?

No. Reports come back interpreted and physician-ready, not as raw variant files.

What are turnaround times and pricing?

These are being finalized for launch. A program specialist can share current details on a discovery call.
