Achieve Diagnostics (AchieveDx) is a CLIA-certified laboratory that brings pharmacogenomic and oncology testing to the hospitals, pharmacies, nursing facilities and practices that care for patients every day.
Built on testing where care happens
AchieveDx started in community-based testing: clinical staff on-site at facilities, rapid antigen and RT-PCR testing, and results delivered within 24 hours of receipt.
That work taught us what facilities need from a lab partner: people who show up, results that arrive fast, and a process that doesn't add work for staff. We now apply the same model to precision medicine, so every patient's medications can be matched to their genetics.
