Accessibility statement

We want everyone, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to use achievedx.com.

Effective date: November 2, 2026

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the site as we add new content.

What we have done

  • Keyboard access to menus, tabs, forms and the medication lookup, with visible focus outlines
  • A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons
  • Color contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA for text and controls
  • Reduced motion: animations are minimized when your device asks for reduced motion
  • Status colors on the sample report are always paired with text labels
  • Pages that resize and reflow for phones and zoomed text

Known limitations

  • The explainer and collection videos are animated text without narration. All of their information is also available as text on this site.
  • Wide tables, such as the sample report, scroll sideways on small screens.
